The compact TK-310U-I is a fully modulating, gas-fired, non-condensing tankless water heater perfect for residential applications. It is field convertible from Natural Gas to Liquid Propane and with a maximum input of 190,000 BTU, the TK-310U-I can produce enough hot water for up to three bathrooms in warmer climates and it also complies with Ultra-Low NOx regulations of less than 14 ng/J (<20ppm). The TK-310U-I supplies hot water to domestic hot water systems and can be used with water storage tanks, recirculation systems, and/or combined domestic & heating applications.
