The Rixson 117 Pivot Set features a 3/4 inch offset and includes both top and bottom pivots. The bottom pivot is floor mounted and can support doors weighing up to 300 pounds and with a width of up to 42 inches.

Doors up to 90" (2286mm) in height should use one intermediate pivot. Each additional 30" (762mm) of door height warrants another intermediate pivot
