Creative Thinking:  In this group, you will identify a problem that you keep encountering in your creative work or a process that you want to refine. I will introduce thought processes and techniques that will help you think outside the box. This is a beautiful and inspiring process to witness each other walk through. This group is 8 weeks in duration.

Building Habits:  During the 8 weeks, you will define a habit you want to set and break it down into smaller steps. You will explore your limiting beliefs, look at obstacles, use creative thinking techniques, and somatic tools to help realize your goal. This is a beautiful and inspiring process to witness each other walk through. 

-8 - 90 minute group sessions

-1 - 60 minute 1:1 coaching session with Teresa
