Ideal for medium to large enclosure.
This 12” SA v.2 is a top-down upgrade. The 2.75” coil punches way above its weight, outperforming most 3” coils without adding weight. The motor also features a large magnet shorting ring (faraday ring) to reduce distortion and deliver smoother response across the entire acoustic spectrum. The motor & coil setup is mated to an extremely robust double-layer spider with fully tied-on & doubled-up “XL” tinsel leads. A competition-grade paper cone and a strong foam surround were used to complete this masterpiece.
