Everything DiSC Workplace® is a training and personalised learning experience that can benefit every person in the organisation— regardless of title or position—in building more effective relationships at work. This application teaches participants to understand themselves and others while learning to appreciate different priorities, preferences, and values each individual brings to the workplace. The Profile

The Everything DiSC Workplace® Profile provides participants with valuable insights that unlock engagement and inspire effective collaboration. In this personalised, 20-page profile, participants will explore the priorities that drive their behaviour, learn what comes naturally and what might be challenging when interacting with others, and gain actionable strategies to strengthen their interpersonal interactions at all levels in the workplace. The profile may be used on its own or with the companion facilitation; sold separately.

More About Everything DiSC Workplace® Workshop

• The Everything DiSC Workplace® workshop can be delivered either as a classroom session or remotely.
• It includes a personalised, professionally printed and bound 20 page Everything DiSC Workplace® Profile for up to 12 delegates. The profiles are generated by an online assessment which takes no more than 15 minutes to complete.
• The workshop duration is approximately 5 hours (with a 30 minute break).
• Typical timings are 9.30 am to 2.30pm but can be flexible to meet the needs of your team.
