Available in a step-through frame, the Mark2 X-Cross 450+ eBike is a best-selling lightweight hybrid electric bike for men and women, perfect for city commutes, leisure rides, and everything in between.

The 450+ model comes with upgraded features including a large centre mounted LCD display with 5 Power Assist Levels, larger Schwalbe Marathon GreenGuard tyres, Oxford plush comfort gel saddle and Ergotec swept back comfort alloy handlebars offering an upright, relaxed riding position, reducing strain on wrists and shoulders for a more comfortable journey.

Combining a powerful yet near-silent 250W / 36V / 45Nm torque Promovec rear hub motor with quality Shimano Tiagra 10-speed gearing, it offers smooth, responsive pedal assistance whenever you need it.

Hand-built in Europe with premium components, including a removable battery and lightweight alloy wheels, the X-Cross is engineered for performance, comfort, and long-term reliability.

Suitable for riders with an inside leg measurement of 28" to 35" (71cm to 89cm). 

The bike can accommodate a maximum weight of 18st 12lb / 120kg, including luggage.

DELIVERY, ASSEMBLY & AFTER SALES CARE

ASSEMBLY AND AFTER SALES CARE

Following delivery, Mark2 will then take care of any after sales care directly with you.

Every Mark2 e-bike arrives boxed and 99% assembled and undergoes a thorough pre-delivery inspection (PDI) to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. The brakes, gears, electrics, tyre pressure, and overall assembly are carefully checked.

For shipping, the handlebar is aligned parallel to the frame, and the pedals are detached.

Once delivered, you just need to straighten and tighten the handlebars and fit on the pedals, requiring minimal bicycle assembly skills. Detailed instructions and all the tools you need are included.

Delivery time is between 5-10 working days from the date you placed your order. 

Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available for dispatch, we will charge your card and your order will be dispatched within 5 working days. We will send you tracking details by email within 48 hours of your order being dispatched. MISSED DELIVERIES

Once your order is ready for dispatch, either we or our designated courier will contact you via email, telephone or SMS with tracking information and where applicable, to arrange a suitable delivery window. Please ensure that someone is present at the specified delivery address to receive and sign for your item. If you need to reschedule your delivery, we kindly ask that you notify us or the courier as soon as possible.

Please be aware that once a delivery slot has been confirmed, we cannot guarantee changes can be accommodated without sufficient notice.

Important: If a delivery attempt fails and a new date or time must be arranged, you may be liable for paying the redelivery cost. For e-bike deliveries to mainland UK, this charge is typically approximately £75 + VAT.

This electric bike comes with a fully comprehensive 5 Year or 5,000 miles (whichever comes sooner) Warranty on the frame, battery, motor and all electrical components and parts, so you can ride away with complete peace of mind.

Please note: This warranty does not cover consumable parts and regular wear and tear, damage from accidents, incidental damages or any usage outside the operational guidelines provided in the user manual.
