DELIVERY & ASSEMBLY

ASSEMBLY

Every Fiido e-bike arrives boxed and 80% assembled and undergoes a thorough pre-delivery inspection (PDI) to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. The brakes, gears, electrics, tyre pressure, and overall assembly are carefully checked.

Any post-delivery assembly requires minimal bicycle knowledge and skills. Detailed instructions and all the necessary assembly tools are included in the box.

Once delivered, simply fit on the handlebars and brakes, front wheel, front and rear mudguards/fenders, front light, saddle, pedals, turn on the power display and then you're ready to ride!

Delivery time is between 6-12 working days from the date you placed your order. 

Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available for dispatch, we will charge your card and your order will be dispatched within 5 working days. Please ensure that someone is present at the specified delivery address to receive and sign for your item. If you need to reschedule your delivery, we kindly ask that you notify us or the courier as soon as possible.

Please be aware that once a delivery slot has been confirmed, we cannot guarantee changes can be accommodated without sufficient notice.

Important: If a delivery attempt fails and a new date or time must be arranged, you may be liable for paying the redelivery cost. For e-bike deliveries to mainland UK, this charge is typically approximately £75 + VAT.
