CHOOSING YOUR BIKE FRAME SIZE

• Medium Frame: 430 mm / 17" frame ideal for riders with an inside leg measurement of 28” to 35” (71 cm to 89 cm). Stand over height is about 71 cm.
• Large Frame: 480 mm / 19" frame suitable for riders with an inside leg of 30" to 37" (76 cm to 94 cm). Stand over height is about 76 cm.

ASSEMBLY AND AFTER SALES CARE

Following delivery, Mark2 will then take care of any after sales care directly with you.

Every Mark2 e-bike arrives boxed and 99% assembled and undergoes a thorough pre-delivery inspection (PDI) to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. The brakes, gears, electrics, tyre pressure, and overall assembly are carefully checked.

For shipping, the handlebar is aligned parallel to the frame, and the pedals are detached.

Once delivered, you just need to straighten and tighten the handlebars and fit on the pedals, requiring minimal bicycle assembly skills. Detailed instructions and all the tools you need are included.

Delivery time is between 5-10 working days from the date you placed your order. 

Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available for dispatch, we will charge your card and your order will be dispatched within 5 working days. MISSED DELIVERIES

Once your order is ready for dispatch, either we or our designated courier will contact you via email, telephone or SMS with tracking information and where applicable, to arrange a suitable delivery window. Please ensure that someone is present at the specified delivery address to receive and sign for your item. If you need to reschedule your delivery, we kindly ask that you notify us or the courier as soon as possible.

Please be aware that once a delivery slot has been confirmed, we cannot guarantee changes can be accommodated without sufficient notice.

Important: If a delivery attempt fails and a new date or time must be arranged, you may be liable for paying the redelivery cost. For e-bike deliveries to mainland UK, this charge is typically approximately £75 + VAT.
