Silicone repair syringe - BICORPS

Silicone polyvinylsiloxane polyaddition (paste / paste) 40gr packaged in a two-body syringe in the form of 2 pastes allowing, once mixed in equal parts, the repair , the recharge , the finished in a few minutes all types of silicones

Instructions for use:

• Wash your hands especially if you have worn gloves.
• Well milled and degreased the Ortholastie and especially the part to be repaired
• Take a sample equal share of dough B* and C* in relation to the work to be carried out, in gently pressing the syringe plunger
• Mix the two doughs with a spatula for 10 seconds so that homogeneous on a dry and degreased support (plastic, glass, etc.) (possibility of purchasing mixing needles but significant loss of product)
• Apply the mixture to the part of the Orthoplasty to be repaired or refilled
• Working time +/- 3 min depending on ambient temperature
• Wait for the product to harden +/- 5 min
• Immerse the Orthoplasty in hot water +/- 3 min (tap temperature) to accelerate catalysis and stabilize the silicone
• Immediate sanding and finishing

Storage : Close the syringe with the cap after removing the silicone from the two outlet ports and store it at room temperature +/- 20°C
