The NovelBeamUSA Broad Range dsDNA Quantification Kit is designed for use with portable fluorometers such as FluoroVerse. The fluorescent dye is highly selective for double stranded DNA over single-stranded DNA or RNA.

The linear range of the NovelBeamUSA DNA BR assay is 2 to 1000 ng of DNA per tube. DNA samples with concentrations between 0.1 ng/μL and 1000 ng/μL may be quantified using sample volumes between 1 and 20 μL (for example, 1 μL of 1000 ng/μL is 1000 ng total, and 20 μL of 0.1 ng/μL is 2 ng total, which will both fall within the linear range of the assay).

The NovelBeamUSA kits provide enough reagents to quantify approximately 100 samples, plus the two standards. There are enough reagents for 200 reactions including the standards.
