A liquid bandage to treat damaged nails - Urgo

URGO Filmogel® Damaged Nails is a liquid dressing indicated in the case of nails damaged by fungus and minor trauma . A simple-to-use treatment, ideal for adults and children (from 3 years old) which regenerates and protects nails damaged by fungus or minor trauma. The presence of hydroxypropyl chitosan allows for a in-depth action (on/in the nail) for strengthen it, clean it and protect it .

Dosage: Apply the product once a day to a clean, dry nail.


Instructions for use:
1. Apply the product using the applicator brush to the entire surface of the nail. Do not spread onto the surrounding healthy skin.
2. As the film is easily removed with water, it is recommended to apply it in the evening before going to bed, which will allow the product to remain on the nail for an optimal duration.
3. The product does not require filing or the use of nail polish remover to be removed.


Warnings and precautions for use:
We advise you to consult a doctor if:

• The lower part of your nail seems affected (risk of worsening the trauma to the nail).
• Your nail is black without having suffered any trauma.
• You are diabetic or immunodeficient (risk of infection).
  
  

Keep away from any flame or source of sparks (risk of burns). Do not smoke during application, before the product is completely dry or near the open bottle (risk of burns).
Keep out of reach and sight of children.
To minimize any risk of infection or skin reactions:
Follow the instructions carefully. Do not exceed the expiration date shown on the packaging. Do not use a damaged product (damaged brush, solution that has become solid). Close tightly after use.


Contraindications:
Should be applied only to the nail.
Do not apply for more than 30 consecutive days.
Do not swallow.
Do not use in children under 3 years old.
Do not use on wounds (risk of pain or infection). Do not use on psoriasis or eczema.
Do not use on brittle, cracked or fragile nails.
Do not use in case of periungual skin alteration.
Do not use on nails with black or brown pigmentation, either on or near the nails.
Do not use if you are allergic to any of the components of Urgo Damaged Nails.
