Silicone B20 for orthoplasty - Soft

B20 silicone is used with Podorsil A catalyst.
The dosage of catalyst A and silicone B is done in equal parts:
• 50% B20 50% A for soft hardness
• 50% B45 50% A for firm hardness

For protective orthoplasty, we will use pure B20 or mixed with a little B45 (5 to 20% for complex protective orthoses).

Comfort orthoplasty:
• Tear resistance: 7 KN/m
• Excellent elasticity: 300% - Exceptional elongation at break
• Sanding after 12h
