The organizer is finished and conditioned with food-grade mineral oil. This penetrating oil helps prevent drying and cracking while bringing out the depth of the wood grain.

Walnut hardwood used in this product is grown, harvested, and milled within the United States, mainly Ohio, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.
