Reminder: The ground wire of the BC44Pro is designed to be floating, with its ends not connected to the casing. For certain headphone amplifiers, a "ground" connection is required for the audio cable in specific modes, such as the L&P EA4 in ‘ILA’ mode. So, the BC44Pro is not suitable for this, and in which case, you can choose the old BC44B with a grounded design.
