We’ll explore real life scenarios and gain hands on experience on how to troubleshoot several examples affecting modern day cafes.

The Preventative Maintenance is the perfect opportunity for experienced baristas to expand your skills and knowledge.

• Diagnostic process and pre-inspections
• User error and programming
• The science behind shower screens and filter baskets
• How to replace group gaskets identify restrictions, evaluate equipment and components wear
• Steam assembly maintenance
• Water filters/softeners
• Scales calibrations
• Grinder maintenance and calibrations
