The MKA-32 quick release bracket features a cam-lock lever and ultra tight tolerances so that the bracket will not vibrate with or without the trolling motor attached. When your motor is removed, this quick release bracket includes a sleek Minn Kota branded cover that holds tight and covers the quick release bracket.

Operational Notes:

To attach the motor to the boat, simply slide the long side of the bracket into the bottom plate and push the cam-lock lever down. After you push the lever, the upper and lower brackets become one piece, and you will not hear any noise or vibration between the plates. And when the cam-lock lever is engaged, you can attach a padlock (not included) to the quick release. When the motor is not installed, us the included Minn Kota cover to keep your boat deck looking clean.

Installation Notes:

The top portion of the bracket bolts directly to the trolling motor. The bottom plate bolts directly to the deck of the boat. Drilling is required, and it's ideal if you have access to the underside of the bow mounting surface. If not, it's possible to use no access bolting nuts to secure the quick release bracket.
