This lightweight knife with a skeletal frame has a strong 5.75 inch blade and full tang construction, but weighs only 2.82 ounces, so it won't weigh you down in the field or hiking to camp.

The Paklite Processor's blade is exceptionally strong, and can complete game processing or campfire meal preparations without needing to be resharpened in the field. 

This knife's boning blade is slim and strong for boning and skinning, and is also well suited as a camp cook's chef's knife. 

It is made of Buck's standard 420HC stainless steel, as this material has wear resistance almost as strong as high carbon alloys, while also featuring corrosion resistance comparable to chromium stainless steels. Buck's exclusive Paul Bos heat-treating and testing process maximizes both of these advantages, and makes the blade easy to resharpen when needed. It is hardened through a rigorous heating, freezing and reheating process.

The handles of Buck's Paklite knives are minimalist and ergonomic. The cut-outs and jimping provide a secure grip, even when things get slippery. The glass-filled nylon handles make them comfortable to hold, and can be removed for easy cleaning.

The Paklite Processor comes with a lightweight polypropylene sheath that is designed to allow for a variety of different carrying methods.
