The IR940S-30 from Pelco is a Covert Infrared LED Illuminator equipped with an Interchangeable Diffuser System (IDS), allowing users to effortlessly adjust the angle of illumination to suit their field of view. With the factory-installed IDS, the illuminator provides a 35° angle, while the standard IDS (included) offers a 60° angle. For greater flexibility, the LENSPKS-LED wide-angle lens pack (sold separately) can extend the angle to 80° or 120°. The IDS utilizes holographic light-diffusing technology to produce precise and focused beam patterns, ensuring optimal illumination distances and minimizing foreground overexposure. The IR940S-30 features a LED lifetime management system for consistent optical output and enhanced reliability.
