VBF-1200X-E8 is a vacuum-sealed furnace with a motor-driven bottom loading sample stage and an electric door for thermal insulation of the heated chamber. The furnace comes with a quartz chamber of 8.5" ID x 13.4"H and a water-cooled flange, which enables heat treatment under a vacuum or controlled atmosphere. A gas blow system is installed at the bottom to cool the heated sample faster with inert gas.

Cooling Chamber
The gas cooling system is built-in for faster cooling of a heated sample

The sliding door must be closed immediately once the sample stage is down to insulate the radiation from the heating chamber. (Pic. 2)
The cooling rate and temperature can be monitored by the thermal couple in sample stage
