The window dimensions will match the size of your window including its frame. It's suggested that the rough opening be 3/4" (19mm) to 1" (25mm) wider and taller than the window's dimensions. Make sure the rough opening is straight, even, and square, with the opening's walls being straight and not warped. Example: If the window you order is 48"W x 35.5"H then you are going to want to have an opening in your wall thats 49"W x 36.5"H to make sure it fits properly.
