Series Softening Process:
The WHWCC-H process begins with a Micro Sediment Pre-Filter to remove any physical, undissolved particles out of the water (even though your water runs clear, you will be amazed by how much dirt & grime this filter captures). The only annual maintenance for this system is to replace the pre-sediment filter every 3-6 months, frequency of replacement depends on the amount of particulate in your well water. Additionally an Upflow Template Assisted Crystallization Media Tank is added to this system to condition high levels of hardness (up to 25 grains).
