This is the first Thumper available in short scale. The 30 inch scale makes this bass so fun to play. The pickups combine to give a punchy warm tone. It's also incredibly light at 6.8 lbs. Audio samples for our new short scales are coming soon. This pickup configuration we have nicknamed The Thumper, its the classic Thunderhorse Thundbird and P without the Jazz at the bridge.

This bass was hand painted by Madelyn McGrath and is part of the Rock and Sky series.

The Thunderhorse is a collaboration with the YouTube Bass Channel. The bass features three pickups all EMG. The neck has a thunderbird pickup for lowend and warmth. In the middle is a classic P for that mid punch and growl. The bridge pickup is a Jazz style for that glassy top end. There is 3 volumes and 1 tone. This bass takes the idea of the workhorse P and ramps it up several levels
