What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum order quantity.
What is your carriage charge?
The delivery fee is passed on and we do not make any money from this. We charge £3.50 + VAT per carton. If you have over 15 cartons we will provide you with a custom pallet quote.
How long will it take for the goods to be delivered?
Orders before 2pm will be dispatched on the same day. UK orders below 15 cartons will arrive within 24 hours, and pallets will take between 28 and 72 hours. International destinations will take longer. Please see our Shipping section for more information.
Can I buy single pairs?
We allow our customers to top up loose sizes after their first order of a style. You can get in touch with us through email, phone or WhatsApp for more information.
Is VAT applicable?
VAT is applicable unless the goods are exported. The customer will be responsible for any customs charges for their destination country.
Do you have a catalogue I can view?
Yes, we do. Our PDF catalogue it updated bi-annually and can be downloaded from our footer.

These images are copyright and property of Beta Shoes Ltd. You may use these photographs but Beta Shoes still retains all rights.
