Yes, for the simple reason the EP Radiator Guards cost a lot less money than replacement radiators by protecting the R 1250 GS Exclusive TE radiators against damage caused by road and off-road debris, while allowing cooling air to pass through. The BMW R 1250 GS Exclusive TE radiators have aluminium cooling fins and internal cores containing pumped coolant – the fins easily bend and can block the passage of air, which could lead to overheating.
