The CarBahn Monoball Kit replaces the rubber bushings in the stock thrust arms with sealed precision ball joints inside machined aluminum housings. As a result of eliminating the deflection that is inherent in rubber bushings, braking stability is improved, and the tendency for the car to follow ruts in the road (especially with wider wheels and tires) is reduced. The bearings inside the Monoball Assembly are nylon-lined for quiet operation and are sealed against water and debris intrusion for longevity.
