National’s A97 shot blaster is a variable speed, self-propelled machine that combines the classic elements of traditional shot blasting and new innovative features.

Features

This shot blaster is a 230 volt three phase machine. It has a 10 HP blasting motor and has a 10-inch blasting width. Paired with National’s DL4000P dust collector, this combo is a heavy-duty shot blasting team.

The unique joystick handle control on the A97 gives the operator more responsive handling. A simple 2-button system on the handle gives you the option of operating this machine one-handed.  Operating this machine with one hand speeds up productivity as you get to the end of your row and line up to make another pass.

Along with a unique handle design, the A97 has 2 LED lights to illuminate the space in front of the machine, as well as behind.  In a dark or poorly lit space, this allows for regular monitoring of the blast overlap and quality of CSP.

Another unique feature of the A97 shot blaster design is a tilted rebound plenum.  When looking at the machine head-on you will notice it leans slightly to the side.  This lean is designed to get your blast path within 1/8-inch of the wall.

Where do I use this?

This machine is meant for wide open spaces on big jobs and has a production rate of up to 2000 ft p/hr.
