Vintage 1980s necklace and earring set by designer jewellery house 'Monet'. The necklace features red and black enamel set into rectangular links with a gold border. The back of the necklace is plated in gold. The clasp is stamped with the makers mark 'Monet ©', we know the pieces are later due to the copyright stamp as it was only included to the stamp after the 1940s and 1950s. The set includes a necklace with a clasp extension and a pair of matching earrings, the jewellery is heavy in weight and excellent in quality.

MEASUREMENT

The rectangular links measure 3.3cm in length, 1.6cm in height and 0.5cm in thickness. The earrings measure 2.7mm in height, 1.8cm in width and 1.1mm in thickness. The necklace measures 45.5cm / 18" plus an additional 3.5cm / 1.3".

CONDITION

The jewellery set is in excellent vintage condition, the pieces are free from dents or scratches.
