For Parcel item returns:

All unused parcel items are eligible for free return up to 14 days after purchasing.  Simply request for a label from our team, and ship back with it’s original box. Once our warehouse team receive and check the return, we will process your refund immediately.

Please note that all items should be back with it’s original new condition for refund. If a item is used and shipped back. Your order will be charged for at a rate for the percentage of the item’s usage. A 15% minimum restocking fee and shipping fee will also be applied for all used items.

 For Large Equipments:

All new Equipment subject to 1 year limited warranty. For more details about equipment warranty, Please visit equipment page for more details.  All mechanical issues occurred under warranty period will be covered for free parts and shipping. Please see Manual attached on the each individual item. 

Please note we do not accept returns for large Equipments, unless such non-repairable machinery fault (without outside impact) occurred under the limited warranty period. Your equipment will be shipped back to our warehouse for further diagnose before we reach any refund or exchange decision.
