This beer ingredient kit is inspired by Ayinger Maibock.

A relatively pale, strong, malty lager beer. Designed to walk a fine line between blandness and too much color. Hop character is generally more apparent than in other bocks.

COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed with plenty of malt, hops and love, Ayinger Maibock is a big-bodied beer with a sweet, malty aroma, a rousing head and a fruity long lasting aftertastaste.

Note: This ingredient kit is a lager beer and requires that the temperature is maintained at ~55 degrees. If you would like to use an ale yeast and ferment at room temperature, you can select the German Ale yeast or the "No Yeast" option and purchase the yeast separately.
