In 2015, the design studio Pool conceived the Grid Daybed for Petite Friture, in tribute to the Bauhaus style and the art of graphic design. By 2016, the Grid had evolved from a singular daybed into a fully modular system that can adapt to a multitude of spaces and preferences.

Each element within the Grid collection retains the identity of the original daybed. The design comprises a strapped wooden structure, supported by a black tubular steel leg, and topped with geometrically patterned square or round fabric or leather cushions.
