The Rainbow Protech 12 Series attic Stair is designed to carry a 75 minute fire rating. This ladder is Rainbow's tallest fire rated telescoping attic ladder. This telescoping attic ladder will accommodate a ceiling height ranging from 10'-4" and as high as 12'-0". It fits a rough opening size of 30" x 60". The fire rated door is 2" thick and this scissoring attic ladder also has a 4.5" deep tread. The ladder is rated for 350 lb. capacity.
