• Our production time for this product is 48 hours and for delivery 4-5 days. However, if you need it quickly, please contact us.
• The replacement banner will be sent within 48 hours.
• Frames are shipped within 24 hours

This product comes with a standard 2 year warranty against aluminum frames due to manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, or normal wear and tear. If the product is determined to be defective, Backdropsource will repair or replace it. The final decision on replacement is at Backdropsource's discretion.
