Warranty

Lifetime Limited Warranty

For the lifetime of your product from the date of purchase, Pride will repair or replace at no charge, any of the following parts found to be defective in material and/or workmanship:

• Structural Frame Components:
  • Main Frame
  • Fork
  • Seat Post
  • Tiller Frame

Two-Year Limited Warranty

For two (2) years from the date of purchase, Pride will repair or replace at no charge, any of the following parts found to be defective in material and/or workmanship:

• Mechanical Parts:
  • Transaxle
  • Brake
  • Bushings
  • Bearings
  • Motor Brake (electronic function only)
• Electronic Assemblies:
  • Electronic Controllers
  • Chargers
  • Harnesses
  • Any Other Electrical Subassembly

Six-Month Warranty

The battery is covered by a separate six-month warranty provided by the battery manufacturer. Batteries are not warranted by Pride. Note: To ensure warranty coverage, maintain battery charge by charging weekly for 24 hours.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal Wear and Tear:
  • ABS Plastic Shrouds
  • Motor Brushes
  • Upholstery and Seating
  • Brake Pads
  • Tires and Tubes
  • Fuses/Bulbs
• Other Exclusions:
  • Circumstances beyond Pride's control
  • Labor, service calls, shipping, and other charges unless authorized by Pride
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

Exclusions for Damage or Failure Due to:

• Contamination
• Abuse, misuse, accident, or negligence
• Battery fluid spillage or leakage
• Use beyond design specifications
• Improper operation, maintenance, or storage

Notes:

• Increased operational noise in the transaxle or gradual deterioration due to heavy use is not covered.

Service Checks and Warranty Service

Warranty service must be performed by an authorized Pride Provider. Do not return faulty parts without prior written authorization. All transportation costs and shipping damage are the purchaser's responsibility. Contact your authorized Pride Provider for current service visit costs.

Implied Warranties

Implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to one (1) year from the date of original purchase. This is the exclusive remedy, and liabilities for consequential damages are excluded.
