CLIMADIFF/AVINTAGE - LAVA STONES FOR HUMIDITY REGULATION

The lava stones are used to regulate the humidity levels inside multi-purpose wine cellars.

The natural porous character of the lava stones make them a perfect material for absorbing and restoring residual humidity. This allows the average humidity to be consistently controlled. Before their first use, they must be humidified and placed in their box (sold separately) or in the condensation water drip channels installed in the lower part of the cellar.

They are compatible with all models of multi-purpose wine cellars and should be replaced every 3 to 4 years after they become brittle and no longer able to absorb humidity.
