Return Policy

To return an item, please contact us by email at [email protected]. We will provide you with a return shipping label and a return authorization number. Having a return authorization number will help us process your return quicker. Please submit your return request within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Please allow three business days for a response from our returns department regarding your specific return claim.

• Some products will be assessed a return fee. Return fees are between $25 and $200. Your final refund will include the deducted return fee. Replacement Parts, Games and Accessories have no return fee
