This electric bicycle comes with a comprehensive 2-year warranty that covers all mechanical and electrical parts, including the frame, forks, seat, motor, controller, battery, and charger. This ensures you can ride with complete confidence.

In addition, we offer an extended warranty of up to 5 years for all frames and forks.

Please note, this warranty does not extend to regular wear and tear, damage or malfunction resulting from accidents, incidental or subsequent damages, or any usage of the product that deviates from the operational guidelines provided in the user manual. ASSEMBLY & DELIVERY

Each Wisper electric bike arrives 99% pre-assembled and has undergone a thorough pre-delivery inspection (PDI). Upon receiving your bike, you will only need to make minor adjustments, such as straightening the handlebar and attaching the pedals, which have been adjusted for shipping.

As each bike is built to order, please expect delivery within approximately 7-10 working days from the order date.

Please Note: A lead time of 2–8 weeks is required for the full-throttle option to ensure proper certification with the DVLA before delivery.
