WARRANTY

1 YEAR WARRANTY

This electric bicycle comes with a comprehensive 1-year warranty that covers all mechanical and electrical parts, including the frame, forks, seat, motor, controller, battery, and charger. This ensures you can ride with complete confidence.

In addition, we offer an extended warranty of up to 5 years for all frames and forks:

• 5 years for steel and titanium frames and forks.
• 3 years for rigid alloy frames and forks.
  

Please note, this warranty does not extend to regular wear and tear, damage or malfunction resulting from accidents, incidental or subsequent damages, or any usage of the product that deviates from the operational guidelines provided in the user manual. Important Note: To activate the warranty, customers must have the bike inspected by a certified bike mechanic upon delivery and conduct a pre-delivery inspection. This step is essential to ensure all components are in perfect working condition and to maintain the validity of the warranty.

ASSEMBLY & DELIVERY

Each Falcon electric bike arrives 99% pre-assembled and has undergone a thorough pre-delivery inspection (PDI). Upon receiving your bike, you will only need to make minor adjustments, such as straightening the handlebar and attaching the pedals, which have been adjusted for shipping.

As each bike is built to order, please expect delivery within approximately 7-10 working days from the order date.

If you prefer faster delivery, that may be possible without the pre-build option. In that case, the bike arrives boxed, 85% assembled. It is highly recommended that final assembly be conducted by someone competent with the basic mechanics of a bicycle, if you require the help of your local bike shop please be aware the service will be chargeable. 

If you choose this option, expect delivery within approximately 3-5 working days from the order date.
