5 Year Warranty

Every Gogoro bike comes with a comprehensive warranty to ensure your peace of mind:

• Frame & Fork: 5 years
• Transmission Assembly: 3 years
• Battery: 80% capacity upon the 3rd anniversary or up to 500 charge cycles, whichever comes first
• Front & Rear Brake Set, Seat-Post, and Stem: 2 years

ASSEMBLY & DELIVERY

Every Gogoro electric bike arrives boxed, 95% assembled and adjusted. For shipping purposes, the handlebar is aligned parallel to the frame, and the pedals are detached. Any post-delivery assembly requires minimal bicycle skills. Detailed instructions and all necessary tools are provided.

Aside the bike, the box includes all the tools you need to finish assembly, the Portable Charger, and a reflector kit.

Expect delivery within approximately 10 - 14 working days from the order date.
