Libraries were prepared using Cat#12950protocol ,To evaluate the detection of DNA and RNA species with100 copies/T RNA Virus Standard and 10 pg the ZymoBIOMICS Microbial Community DNA Standard (Zymo Research #D6306). The results show that the performance of 12950 is better than other suppliers.
