Andy Warhol's influential pop-culture magazine Interview was first published as Inter/View magazine in 1969, with the first 20 issues being film-focused and printed in black-and-white. This issue of the film magazine is a "Special Death in Venice Issue" with a review of the 1971 film and the cast, including Björn Andrésen, also featured are interviews with Marisa Berenson, Ferinando Scarfioti, the stars & director of Fortune and Men's Eyes (1971), and David Maysles, as well as an imagined interview with Thomas Mann, and a short take on Willie Wonka and the Chocolate Factory (1971).
