We have a few of these cels using the characters that originated with the cartoon "Reason and Emotion" which was nominated for an Academy Award. After that it was cut down and changed a bit and ran on Disney's Wonderful World of Color as "Man is His Own Worst Enemy." Somewhere along there they likely re-used the drawings post 1960's to create the footage that this cel was used in because it has Xerox lines and the later peg holes. This cel is in good shape for its age, with a bit of line loss here and there and some rubbing. Some of these are attached to the bottom strip with tape at the time of production (SEE PICS) AND some of these have lost that bottom production strip - see the pictures to see which this is.
