MMMMM - Alpha-Bits! Remember em floating around in the milk in your bowl as a kid? This is a multi-layer production cel from a commercial. Not sure what era, but done by R O Blechman Ink Tank animation studio and from the Jerry Weist estate. Standard size 12-field animation cels (10.5" x 12.5") but they have a "matting" type thing pasted to the front and back - made just out of regular paper, so to really mat them you'd want to replace that.
