The Little Mermaid is a 1989 American animated musical fantasy film produced by Walt Disney Feature Animation. It is loosely based on the 1837 Danish fairy tale "The Little Mermaid" by Hans Christian Andersen. The film was written and directed by John Musker and Ron Clements and produced by Musker and Howard Ashman, who also wrote the film's songs with Alan Menken, who also composed the film's score.  It also marked the start of the era known as the Disney Renaissance. The film won two Academy Awards for Best Original Score and Best Original Song ("Under the Sea").

This is a GORGEOUS production cel setup of Ursula! It is comprised of a cel of her and then the cel of the bubbles that appear a few seconds later in the film. It includes a gorgeous print background. We've shown a screen shot of around when the cel of Ursula appears in the film!

The pictures of the cel are yellowed from the natural sunlight we used to take the photos, they are not on the mat or the cel - we will post better photos soon. We are also currently offering this in the original matting and will likely take it out and sell it without it later so take advantage of this now if you like the matting.
