Difference between the FLX and FLX+

There is an FLX and an FLX+ variant available and as the name suggests, the plus variant is the most luxurious. This has a 2-speed motor that automatically switches to a heavier gear when you go 17 km/h. This makes driving away from a standstill even easier and lighter. The 2-speed motor ensures that you are always in the right gear, which improves the range. The FLX+ has a belt drive, which means that you have a drive belt instead of a steel chain. The advantage of this is that it is maintenance-free, you don't have to lubricate it and it won't creak!

Powerful performance

The Phatfour FLX+ has a Bafang 2-speed motor (80Nm) that provides smooth and powerful support while cycling. With a top speed of 25 km/h and a range up to 184 km on a single charge (750Wh battery in ECO mode), this e-bike is suitable for longer distances. The frame is made of high-quality aluminum and has a three-layer powder coating. Thanks to the wide tires, this fatbike can handle any terrain, from sandy paths to bumpy streets. The FLX+ is equipped with a belt drive and this is a major upgrade compared to the 'normal' chain. This means you hardly need any maintenance and you are assured of carefree driving up to the first 10.000 km. The lifespan of a belt is up to three times longer than that of a traditional chain, resulting in cost savings.

Drive further than ever

For the FLX+ there is a 500Wh and a 750Wh battery, with the 500Wh you can drive a maximum of 122 km and with the 750Wh this is even up to 184 km. The range does of course depend on your driving style and the weather conditions. In the overview below you will find the range in different situations.
