The butterfly valve is designed to be used as a shut-off or regulating valve for flow control in heat supply systems, water supply, in technological processes of the food, chemical, oil and gas, pulp and paper and other industries.
Operating principle: The valves are opened and closed by turning the disk by 90°. Opening is performed by turning the handle counterclockwise, closing - clockwise.
Elephant pneumatic rotary actuators double-acting PA-DA and pneumatic rotary actuators with return spring PA-SA are designed to automate the process of controlling industrial valves at a maximum torque of up to 2128 Nm.
The electropneumatic rotary positioner is used to control pneumatic rotary actuators using an electric controller or a control system with an analog DC output signal in the range from 4 to 20 mA.
Operating principle: The positioner operates based on force balancing. The positioner uses a nozzle-flap device and a feedback servomechanism (a system of springs and levers) to bring the control force and the feedback force into equilibrium when the pneumatic actuator (valve) reaches the position corresponding to the control signal.
