ABOUT THE COLLECTION:
"DOCUMENTARY tURN" is a curated selection of hand-signed open edition photographs by the founder of Monochrome Hub Gallery- Ivailo Stanev-Álvarez. The collection explores the relationship between people and the everyday experience of contemporary daily life. Each work, a captured moment of time, draws on human emotion. It can evoke memories or make you feel like part of the experience. 
The selected artworks are part of various projects of the artist, created during the last 10 years on 4 continents, published in various magazines and albums, included in past exhibitions, as well as in private collections around the world.

ARTIST'S BIO:

Ivailo Stanev-Álvarez started his career as a fashion and advertising photographer. Over the years he had numerous publications for the magazines such as Esquire, Playboy, Maxim, FHM, Harper's Bazaar, Elegance, Dali magazine. As well as a photographer he worked as a photo editor of Esquire and Dali Magazine.
His primary inspiration in photography are the people. He loved to describe their lives, to observe their attitude. Portraits, street, documentary - these are the main fields of photography he works in.
He had numerous exhibitions, and his works are possession of many private collectors.
