3. Email or text the completed form, along with any modifications you wish to make, to us using the contact information below.
4. Production begins once all your measurements and specifications are confirmed.

Timelines:

• Production: Typically 3-4 months but varies by season and order volume. We recommend ordering 4-6 months before your event.
• Shipping:
• Domestic: 2-5 business days.
• International: 14-20 business days
• Customs Fees: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the price of the gown or shipping.
