Designed in collaboration with Fabien Pairon from Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne, this practical, functional and efficient mould is perfect for Pate Croute, sweet and savoury cakes, breads etc. Part of the Air System range from De Buyer, the perforated design allows for even, fast and efficient cooking. Includes: 1 x 24cm GEOforme mould (Can be used with De Buyer reusable non-stick baking sheets).
