The Road Angel HWK5V-C Hardwire Kit provides a direct power source to your Halo Ultra, Drive 2, or View 2 dash cams, enabling continuous parking mode recording to monitor your vehicle 24/7.

Parking Mode Options

Using this hardwiring kit enables your Road Angel dash cam to automatically switch into Parking Mode after 15 minutes of inactivity, with three recording modes to choose from:

1. Dormant Mode: Disables recording until the G-sensor detects an impact or motion, automatically resuming recording.
2. Time-Lapse Mode: Captures accelerated frames, optimising storage while ensuring key events are recorded.
3. Normal Mode: Maintains real-time recording, capturing continuous footage even while parked.

• Battery Monitoring: Intelligent cut-off feature prevents vehicle battery drain.

Installation Guide

• Easy Installation: Designed for a hassle-free setup and quick removal to restore your vehicle to factory specifications.
• Wire Colour Key:
• Yellow: Permanent Live (constant positive)
