Shipping and Returns

Fast, free shipping on all items.

To receive credit for SkyTrak hardware products, returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all parts and components, and must not show any signs of damage. The credit issued will not cover any shipping costs. Returns that fail to meet these conditions will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please note, this policy does not extend to accessories, setups, and simulation services.

Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed after it has been delivered to our facility.

Warranty

New Launch Monitors include a 6-month warranty.

To return defective products, please email [email protected] to get in contact with a customer representative and include pictures and description of the issue to expedite the process. If your product is received damaged or defective, we will replace the item and provide a prepaid return shipping label to return the damaged item.
